Where do I find the free race code I earned or was issued? How do I use it?

How can I find my free race codes that I have won or received at a Spartan?

1) Log in to your Chronotrack account.

2) If you have not created an account yet, do not worry, your code will still be available once you have created an account, with a corresponding e-mail address. You can always click on "Forgotten password" and enter your email address to receive a temporary password.

3) Click on the "Coupons" tab to see your available coupons.

What kind of race codes will I find here?

1) Free Volunteer Races

These codes will appear a few days after the end of the event, if you have not received, please send an email to [e-mail] with the name of the event you did, your contact information and the day of volunteering.
The code will look like FRVOLONEDAY-xxxx-xxxx. The code must be added in full directly at the end of the registration to a race in the tab "promotion / code".

2) Free race won at one of our festival challenges

At the end of the challenges proposed on our challenge festival, you will be able to earn discount codes for a race (up to -50% !!!). Once you have earned a code, we will give you a coupon. It will then send us an email to the customer service [e-mail] by giving us the code on your coupon. We will then add your code to your chronotrack account. You can then use it for a future race registration by adding it at the end of the registration in the "promotion / code" tab.

3) Deferment codes if you have made a race transfer

These will appear immediately after paying the deferral fee and start with a D. No further discounts can be combined with the carryover code.

4) Trifecta Pass Code

These will appear immediately once you have purchased your pass. The code will be good for 3 uses (Sprint / Super / Beast). The code will look like FRTRIFOPCOMPXX-XXXX-XXXX. The code must be added at the end of the registration to a race in the "promotion / code" tab.

5) Season Pass 6 Pass Codes 2018

These will appear immediately once you have purchased your pass. The code will be good for 6 uses in France. The code will look like FROCPASSSIXFR-XXXX-XXXX. The code must be added at the end of the registration to a race in the "promotion / code" tab.

6) Other promotional codes are awarded to you from the Spartan race for special circumstances.
