How do I use my free volunteer coupon?

Thanks to your volunteering, you get a discount code / free to register on the Spartan Race of your choice!

I am Volunteer, I will use my code on another race during the season:
A few days after your volunteering, your discount / free code will be available in your Chronotrack account. You must mention to the Volunteer Manager the race format for which you wish to use your free / discount code later, the corresponding code will be added to your Chronotrack account.

Do not have a Chronotrack account? An account will be automatically created when your code is added. It will be under the email address provided to the Volunteer Manager, so please make sure it is accurate. 
 

I am Volunteer, I also participated in a race during the weekend:
If the race follows your volunteering, you can use your discount / free code directly. Report it to the Volunteer Manager, he will give you a coupon that will allow you to register on the spot the day of your race.
If the race precedes your volunteering, you can request your code from the Volunteer Manager before your registration, he will give you a coupon that will allow you to register on the spot, you will be asked a deposit check (the amount of the race), the latter will be returned to you after your volunteering.
 

Note: You cannot run the day of your volunteering.
Note: Volunteer codes are only valid for Open category registrations.

Note: Voluntary codes have a validity of 1 year.
Note: Any registration for a race performed does not give the right to a refund, no voluntary code can be used next.
Note: The distribution in the starting waves of a race depends on the availability in those heats. 
Note: The registration rules and the race rules with voluntary code / coupon are the same as for a standard entry.
